Newly elected Gov. Martin O'Malley nominated two state employees to his future cabinet yesterday.
Mr. O'Malley said in a statement that he would recommend Richard Hall to be planning secretary and John Griffin to lead the Department of Natural Resources.
Mr. Hall currently works in the planning department, where he leads the departments largest division of planners.
