Clean Cars hearing set for Thursday ANNAPOLIS - Environmental advocates and representatives from the auto industry will meet face-to-face on Thursday, as the Clean Cars bill gets its first airing in the General Assembly. The Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee will hold a hearing on the bill at 2 p.m. The bill has failed several times in the General Assembly, but Democratic leaders have made it a priority this year.
