A county police officer had asked other women to expose their breasts as a way of getting out of a traffic ticket, according to an attorney representing a woman who says an officer groped and photographed her during a traffic stop. John T. Hamilton Jr., of Rollins, Smalkin, Richards & Mackie LLC in Baltimore, said he spoke to the lieutenant overseeing the criminal investigation on Monday. "He specifically said she was not the only one this has happened to," he said. Lt.
