U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agents, assisted by county police, arrested 69 workers at Under Armour in Curtis Bay and Dixie Printing and Packaging Corp. in Glen Burnie, along with six other companies in the Baltimore region.
None of the companies was the target of the investigation. Instead, all of the employees detained worked for Jones Industrial Network, a temporary staffing firm based in Baltimore.
