Celebrating the end of a long 90-day legislative session, members of the City Council decided to kick back, have a few snacks and pop open a bottle of bubbly.
So, after Monday's council meeting, Alderwoman Julie Stankivic, I-Ward 6, popped the bottle of Andre Pink California Champagne - you know, the $5-per-bottle kind.
