He died April 22 from acute alcohol poisoning after a night of drinking vodka, Southern Comfort and energy drinks with friends, recently released autopsy results revealed.
"The alcohol was toxic, and it killed him," his mother, Clare Harig-Blaine, said after learning the results. Drivers can be charged with drunken driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent.
