Excitement over a new van turned to terror last night when an Annapolis woman accidentally ran over her family, seriously injuring three people, including her infant daughter. A fourth had minor injuries.
One of the victims suffered a severed arm in the mishap that occurred around 9:50 p.m. in front of the Avalon Landing apartments community center at 988 Spa Road.
