At about 7:10 a.m., Jose Luis Soto-Herera of 313 Wendy Road in Hanover was driving a 1995 Nissan Altima northbound near New Ridge Road when his vehicle crossed the double-yellow center lines.
The Nissan struck a 2005 Ford F-750 work truck driving southbound on Ridge Road.
Mr. Soto-Herera suffered massive head and internal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
