What a waste of tax payers money.
For crying out loud putting this junk yard dog in jail for having a messy yard. Gee whiz.......yet giving probation to drunk drivers. What is wrong with you Judge Wilcox? Do you need a vacation?

I'm Sad For Him - 2007-08-22 12:14:15

I'm sorry for Mr. Hartsuff, The only "law" he violated was having too much stuff that others viewed as junk. Are there no real criminals to use legal resources on? "Seven years", balderdash! Sounds like a witch hunt to me. My sympathy to Mr. Hartsuff.
