Tax bills will be going up while spending goes down, slots at destination locations near Maryland's borders could become an issue, and nobody should expect a new span for the Chesapeake Bay Bridge as long as Gov. This man just doesn't like to focus on unpleasant issues. He may be aspiring for a national office, but Baltimore's crime wave was rising while the mayor's positive spin continued. His position on a new Bay span is a good example. All I focus on is his position while stopped in the terrible backups through Annapolis.
