San Francisco has its famous wild parrots of Telegraph Hill, and now Annapolis has at least one green pigeon on Greenbury Point.

A green pigeon has been spotted near the Naval Academy sports complex being constructed on Greenbury Point.
The bird apparently has taken up residence around the Naval Academy sports complex construction site.
"These are not computer-enhanced - this pigeon is really green," said David W. Riegel, vice president of MacKenzie Contracting Co., who provided the photos of the bird. One worker on the site yesterday said he spotted the bird twice over the weekend. "It looked just like a green pigeon, and I asked my wife, 'Is a pigeon supposed to be green?' and she said no," said John Newman, a steel...
