Helen Glover had been diagnosed with mental health issues in the past, but she is just learning how to deal with them.
Ms. Glover, 61, is among the roughly 100 patients who spend their days at Foundations, a medical adult day care and psychiatric rehabilitation center in Linthicum. The agency recently moved to Anne Arundel County from Baltimore County in search of more space to expand its programming.
This summer, Foundations added a psychiatric component to its facility. Now patients like Ms. Glover can learn more about their illnesses.
