A Republican, an Independent, a Democrat and a self-styled Democrat/Republican/Green walked into a restaurant.
No, this isn't the setup to a dirty joke involving a talking duck in a bar, it's the story of four men who sat down to seriously discuss Annapolis' traffic problem.
The four were prompted in their discussion by the upcoming lecture in Annapolis on Tuesday by Jane Holtz Kay, author of "Asphalt Nation: How the Automobile Took over America and How We Can Take it Back."
