Tomorrow's Middle East peace summit in Annapolis will happen behind very closed doors.
The Naval Academy will be locked down as representatives of more than 30 nations and international organizations convene to negotiate peace between Israel and Palestine.
While the actual negotiations will be kept out of sight, city residents should expect to deal with road, waterway and airspace restrictions tomorrow.
