Edgewater marina owner dies in fallPublished 12/05/07
The co-owner of an Edgewater marina was killed yesterday when he fell through a 35-foot-high skylight while fixing the motor of a garage door, county police said.
Joe Mueller, 65, was working atop a building at Anchor Yacht Basin, 1048 Turkey Point Road, about 3 p.m. with another employee when he decided to go check on a boat. When he turned to leave, Mr. Mueller stepped on one of the skylights and fell through.
Keith Sullivan, who was on the roof at the time, told police he turned around and saw Mr. Mueller hanging on the edge briefly before falling to the garage floor below. The man said he yelled to another worker to call...

Mr. Mueller was such a nice guy. He had an easygoing personality and a smile that was high wattage. He will be sorely missed.
