Some people return home from vacation with souvenirs and postcards, but Sean Bunoski returned from a trip to Jamaica with an idea that spurred a huge campaign.
While Mr. Bunoski was visiting Jamaica with his family around Thanksgiving, they drove past a group of children playing soccer - with a can.
As a varsity soccer player for Severna Park High School, Mr. Bunoski had trouble getting this image out of his mind during the trip.
"That just startled me," he said. "I just realized how much we had, and how much equipment I had."
