But yesterday, when the 45-year-old Crownsville man appeared in the county courthouse in Annapolis for his most recent infraction, a county judge said enough is enough.
Circuit Court Judge Paul A. Hackner convicted Mr. Johnston of driving under the influence and sentenced him to three years in prison, suspending half. He was taken from the courtroom in handcuffs and booked into the Jennifer Road Detention Center.
