I am not impressed with the reaction of lawmakers, animal control workers, etc. It is absolutely not happening quick enough. Was there sedative released until the "lawmakers" can have an "act" passed? What happens in the meantime...more animals brought to their end in the most hideous of ways at the hands of those responsible for them... I feel sick.
