State, local officials seek foster homesPublished 05/06/08
State officials will spend the next two years searching for more people like William and Dorine Wallace.
The Harwood couple has been foster parents to about 50 children in the county since the 1970s. They stopped taking in new children earlier this year, but they remain in close contact with several of the children who have lived with them.
