Teen charged with beating man to deathPublished 05/19/08
A 15-year-old Glen Burnie High School student was charged Friday with beating a man to death with a Louisville Slugger late last month.
County police said they found Brian Michael Myers, 49, lying on the street near the teen's home on St. James Drive on April 29 with an aluminum baseball bat nearby.
Christian John Schellenschlager of St. James Drive was charged as an adult with first-degree murder, first-degree assault, and reckless endangerment.
