30-year sentence in homeless murder Annapolis - A homeless man who robbed and murdered another homeless man in April 2007 was ordered yesterday to serve 30 years in prison. A jury convicted Allan Jake Clark, 23, of first-degree murder March 25 in the death of Michael Walter Evans Sr., 54. Circuit Court Judge Paul F. Harris Jr. sentenced Clark to life in prison, but suspended all but 30 years. Upon his release, he will be on probation for five years. Make sure someone competent takes soundings prior to the reef being created. This would save us taxpayers lots of money.
This meens going out into the river and not using outdated charts.
