State Highway Administration crews are working on two projects in south county, a scheduled bridge work project and creating rumble strips on Route 2 in response to accidents in Harwood. The sight of state crews installing traffic lights on Route 258 outside Deale upset some area residents this week. At least one resident worried the lights were the beginning of some new development being foisted on the area that, until now, has had no traffic lights. "We just put in a traffic circle (at the intersection of routes 258 and 256) to avoid a traffic light. What's going on?" an anonymous caller to The Capital...
