Budget cuts led library officials to eliminate Sunday hours at county library branches this summer, but many of the other dramatic changes they threatened last month will not come to pass just yet. Library Board of Trustees president Joan Beck said yesterday that the $1.15 million cut from the libraries budget by the county will have ripple effects, and the possibility of closing some branches completely, still looms. "Our situation is such that it sounds a clear warning of dangerous waters ahead," Ms. Beck said, later adding that "people need to be aware of the real ramifications what happens to the library...
