Annapolis - City police arrested a 17-year-old yesterday in relation to a robbery and a shooting last month.
On June 17 a man working on his car in the 2000 block of Forest Drive was struck in the head with a bottle. His assailant then took cash from the victim's pockets before fleeing.
Then on June 30 witnesses said a man approached a group of people sitting in a parking lot. The man, while holding a handgun, demanded their money, witnesses said. Police said one of the victims attempted to grab the gun and disarm the man. In the ensuing scuffle, the gunman broke free and...
