Man faces charges in Severn knife attack SEVERN - County police say they will charge a 40-year-old man with attempted murder following a stabbing attack on two people Friday in Severn. Kenneth Richard Johnson, of no fixed address, remains hospitalized and will be charged when he's released from the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, police said. Police were called to the 500 block of Chad Avenue for the stabbings around 2:40 p.m. Friday. When they arrived, they found a man and woman suffering from stab wounds.
