A 32-year-old man who killed a Christian missionary in a tragic car wreck last year was driving with a blood-alcohol content nearly five times the legal limit. Jason Bukovsky of Sykesville pleaded guilty yesterday to auto manslaughter in connection with the Dec. 22 crash that claimed the life of Soon Youn Livingston, 53, of Severn. He was sentenced to 18 months in the county jail and ordered to pay $9,000 in restitution. "It's almost breathtaking how much alcohol he must have consumed," Circuit Court Judge Paul A. Hackner said before handing down the sentence, noting how Bukovsky had a 0.39 blood-alcohol...
