In observance of National Energy Assistance Month this month, Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. officials presented their annual Humanitarian Award yesterday to Allen C. Jackson, a local resident who played a major role in establishing the Anne Arundel County Fuel Fund in November 1979.
Mr. Jackson also was acknowledged yesterday for creating the Fuel Fund Envelope Campaign in February 1980.
