Trooper rammed during police chaseAnnapolis - A Riva man fled from a traffic stop early this morning, driving the wrong way on Aris T. Allen Boulevard and hitting a state trooper's patrol car, city police said. Justin Michael Sellman, 21, of 3299 Riva Road, was charged with two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of attempted second-degree assault and numerous lesser criminal and traffic charges. He was being held this morning at the Jennifer Road Detention Center on $1 million bond. Mr. Sellman was involved in a fatal crash Sept. 15, 2007 on Solomons Island Road.
