The blistering 1st District race for Congress was still too close to call early Wednesday morning, as Democratic Queen Anne’s County State’s Attorney Frank Kratovil led state Sen. With 100 percent of precincts reporting, Mr. Kratovil led Dr. Harris by a total of 160,780 to 159,787, according to voter tallies.
