In every election since then, Mrs. Bradshaw has faithfully made her way to the polls.
"It's a privilege," she said. "If you don't like who's in office, you have a chance to change it."
A resident of Annapolis, Mrs. Bradshaw turns 105 today.
On Tuesday, she joined the line of voters at Georgetown Elementary School to cast her ballot for Sen. John McCain.
