Courtesy photoAlice Bradshaw, an Annapolis resident who turns 105 today, has voted in every election since 1924. In every election since then, Mrs. Bradshaw has faithfully made her way to the polls. "It's a privilege," she said. "If you don't like who's in office, you have a chance to change it." A resident of Annapolis, Mrs. Bradshaw turns 105 today.
