Police will not name the two men, ages 23 and 30, for their safety, or release the possible...

New Details - 2008-11-19 19:03:41

From the author of this article...

Police remain tight-lipped about this ongoing investigation.

However, I felt I should update our readers as much as possible with new information I have received.

New information in this story:

* The four men who were shot are all from annapolis and are good friends, they went to the bar together that night.

* Police gathered evidence from the scene and are examining it.

* Search warrants have been served and evidence collected.

* The two surviving men are in critical condition and are talking to police.

* Police have a possible motive

* Police have several persons of interest.

* The bar was packed and the parking lot is used for socializing, so perhaps they were outside for that reason.

* Police have valuable footage from surveillance video.

I assumed our readers would rather know these few NEW details than have no follow up story at all. In all respect, mervis, you did not know these details before reading this article.

I will continue to update readers with whatever new information I obtain from police - but please understand detectives are very quiet during these investigations, and until there are charges, little details will be given.

Thanks for reading. Heather

Never before in the history of journalism have so many words said so little. I now know about this incident precisely as I knew before I read it. Fluff Journalism Lives.
