Fort Meade - Meade High School, Meade Middle School and Manor View Elementary School are closed today because of a lack of heat at the Fort George G. Meade buildings. Officials also canceled evening high school classes tonight.
Bob Mosier, an Anne Arundel County schools spokesman, said a ruptured gas line on the post was to blame.
The line is expected to be fixed today and officials said the schools should be back on schedule tomorrow.
