SEVERN - A man was stabbed and run over by a vehicle outside a private residence in Severn this morning, county police and Fire Department officials said.
Paramedics were called to the 1800 block of Watchhouse Circle North at 6:35 a.m. to treat a pedestrian that was struck and a man who had been stabbed, said Battalion Chief Matthew Tobia, a county Fire Department spokesman. When crews arrived, they discovered the same man had been both stabbed and struck by a vehicle, he said.
