These and other questions were debated yesterday during a seminar at St. John's College on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s "Letter from a Birmingham Jail." The event was part of the college's celebration to honor the civil rights activist. His official holiday is Jan. 19. More than 100 people participated in groups of about 15.
