Karen McHale, of Idaho Springs, Colo., won the FiftyDollarHouse raffle yesterday, held at Westfield Annapolis mall. She will receive the house - which appraised for about $1.25 million in December - free of mortgage or liens and will not be required to pay any closing costs.
"I can't believe it," said Mrs. McHale, a chemical engineer, volunteer firefighter and mother of two. "I never win anything."
