Queen's legacy yields new significance on 344th birthdayPublished 02/07/09
As the city of Annapolis celebrated the birthday of its namesake - Queen Anne of Great Britain - during a quaint gathering of stately officials on Church Circle last night, her majesty found herself enjoying a renewed sense of relevance.
