EDGEWATER - Jeff and Cheryl Whitaker of Edgewater and their combined family will have a chance to tell their story on national television, appearing on the "Today" show tomorrow morning.
Representatives of the program contacted the family after a story in the Feb. 1 edition of The Capital told how their combined four daughters have all planned their weddings for 2009, the Whitakers said.
They, their daughters and the grooms will fly to New York City tonight. The segment is planned to air during the 8:30 a.m. half-hour.
