Police: Men tied to 12 break-insANNAPOLIS - Two men charged Feb. 10 with burglarizing a liquor store in the Annapolis area and another in Grasonville have been tied to a dozen break-ins in three surrounding counties, according to county police. Police last week charged Rudy David Zelaya, 24, and Quintin Umamzor Mejia, 34, both of 55th River Place in Riverdale, with second- and fourth-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, theft and destruction of property in connection with an early-morning burglary at the Bay Bridge Liquor Store on Whitehall Road.
