ANNAPOLIS - The County Council plans to summon county Police Chief James Teare Sr. to answer questions linked to an anonymous report of sexual activity in the back of County Executive John R. Leopold's government-issued vehicle.
Council Chairman Ed Reilly, R-Crofton, said this morning he will draft a letter today asking Teare to give public testimony that answers two questions posed by another councilman at Tuesday night's council meeting.
