Bonnie Richards just wanted her husband's watch fixed.

Richards, a Crofton resident, had taken the specially engraved timepiece to Parisi's Diamond Trust to be repaired in March after a previous cleaning hadn't fixed clockwork problems.

When she didn't receive any phone calls about the watch, Richards stopped by the store several times in May. Each time she was greeted by a locked door and large 'Closed' sign.

Good Experiences ... - 2009-06-25 13:48:44

I have had nothing but good experiences at this establishment. It was a family run business and very nice to deal with the many times I visited them. Apparently the divorce affected the shop and maybe wrong half of the relationship ended up with the business. Many thanks to Ken Parisi.

I used them when they were next to Giant back in 96 for my/our wedding bands b/c our jeweler had passed on. Very unprofessional back then and I guess it carries true to this day. My now ex-husdand had to pick up our PLAIN GOLD BANDS after begging and pleading in his tux ON OUR WEDDING DAY, we paid up front $300 cash 1 month prior! I do remember they seemed shady back then.
