The teen, charged as a juvenile, appeared at Circuit Court in Annapolis and admitted to conspiracy to commit arson in the June 3 incident that police and prosecutors said was linked to the killing of 14-year-old Christopher Jones on May 30.
Three teens and an adult, Jonathan Richard Myers, were charged with the arson.
