Imagine an elderly gentlemen in sunglasses, bopping up and down to a hip-hop beat, who throws a pointed finger at you and says, "Hit it!" Are you laughing at him or with him? The new "rap" video produced by the taxpayer-funded Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Conference and Visitors Bureau poses such a quandary. The one-minute music video hit YouTube a few months ago and is part of a $75,000 social marketing campaign to raise awareness about Annapolis.
