Nearly 400 bare all to try to set Guinness record

Talk about prime exposure.

Nearly 400 people at two county nudist clubs skinny-dipped simultaneously yesterday.

At precisely 3 p.m., 267 people took to the pool at Pine Tree Associates in Crownsville and another 123 entered the water at the Maryland Health Society in Davidsonville.

"It did really fill up the pool," said James Richards of West River, a 17-year member of Pine Tree. "There was cheering and laughter; lots of hoorahs and hurrays."

The local clubs were joined by nudist groups across the country and in Canada in an effort to set a simultaneous skinny-dipping record that would be...

I had no idea their were nudist clubs in AA county. I guess Crowe had an easy time seeing that it was nippy in the pool!
