County fire lieutenant charged with attacking wife

A county Fire Department lieutenant charged with stealing funds from a county firefighters' charitable organization in May was arrested Thursday after his wife accused him of holding a knife to her neck and threatening to bury her in their Crofton backyard.

Lt. Joshua Lee Constuble, 37, of the 1600 block of New Windsor Court, was charged with first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment. He was released yesterday from the Jennifer Road Detention Center in Parole after posting bail.

Constuble was on administrative duty for the county Fire Department when he was arrested last week due to previous, unrelated...

Maybe the fire dept. and Emerald society, should have looked at his 1996 indictment for felony theft. Just because he wasn't convicted doesn't mean he didn't do it. He had to pay restitution,so he took something that didn't belong to him.
