Drew McCarl of Annapolis, 24, is Cosmo magazine's pick for Maryland's hot bachelor. McCarl, who works as a technical recruiter for a Columbia company, was nominated for the honor by his sister. Another Annapolis resident was picked several years ago.Find Us On Facebook
