Rapist given life plus 15 years for brutal attackPublished 11/19/09
Christopher Parr spoke to a Circuit Court judge in Annapolis for nearly an hour yesterday detailing his life, including a long work history, community service and hobbies. Prior to his sentencing, Parr became, in effect, his own character witness, describing himself as "good" and counting celebrities like pop singer Beyonce among his friends. However, his lengthy statement wasn't enough to stop Judge William C.
