Brian Carlton Henderson, 44, was charged in March with conspiracy to sell illegal drugs after city police watched a drug sale in his vehicle in the parking lot of the McDonald's on West Street in Annapolis.
Henderson entered an Alford plea in the crime in exchange for the state not asking for the maximum of 25 years.
