'Maryland remembers' victims of drunk drivingPublished 12/10/09
Touting a drop in drunken driving deaths in recent years and the state's tougher laws, Lt. Gov. Anthony G. Brown yesterday joined family members of those killed in alcohol-related car crashes in a celebration of remembrance.
Alisa Celentano, died in 2001 after a crash with a drunken driver.One by one, families brought forth pictures of loved ones who had been killed in drunken driving crashes on state roads.
