By 3 p.m., it was difficult to even get a parking spot at the Giant in the Festival at Riva shopping center. And across the way at Home Depot, they'd sold about 500 bags of rock salt.
It was all in preparation for the 2 to 4 inches of snow the National Weather Service predicted for last night and the additional 1 to 2 feet predicted for today. Snow began falling in Annapolis at about 9:30 last night.
People were out in droves...
