Sen. John Astle, D-Annapolis, a biker himself, said in a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Thursday in Annapolis that the county's motorcycle dealers have come together on the proposal.
"This is a very simple, little old local bill," he said.
The bill is sponsored in the House by Del. Mary Ann Love, D-Glen Burnie.

Whether to open on Sundays should be a decision made by the merchants alone - not a moral or political decision. (After all, not everybody considers Sunday sacred.)
Any measure that removes unnecessary government interference gets my vote.
